Paul the octopus has died. Tuesday morning in Frankfurt, Germany, the octopus we all knew and loved while we were all knowing and loving soccer during the World Cup Finals went to the great octopus's garden in the sky.
I know it's late. But, after seeing the tribute show Sunday night at Carabar, I just figured you guys should hear what you've been missing out on. Eyedea will truly be missed.
I know little to nothing about Nascar. I'm alright with that. What I do know, Kurt Busch drives the number 2 Miller Lite car and, the ladies in the portrait above are the Cope twins. On Saturday, Amber and Angela will drive go-fast-trucks in a circle very quickly in Martinsville, VA. In doing so they'll also be making history, they'll also be someone's hot nieces. There that's it, that's what I know. Watch if you dare, just know you're watching truck racing instead of football.
Magic Hugs is a comedy duo (Scott Blair, Tim Wilkerson) from Chicago who are regulars on Funny or Die. Check out their website at magichugs.com or their youtube channel.
Le Tigre' has had a rough couple of months. With knee surgery, all those broads that were talking about his privacies, wrecking his esco, less than stellar showings in the majors, and now a $110 million dollar divorce settlement. Reportedly the former Mrs. Woods could have gone for "make it rain" money stopping only when remembering the thunderstorms the current Mr. Woods caused.
On Saturday morning Tiger looked a little more like an average guy. An average guy who you stood in front of, while he took his 3 iron to the rough. The U.S. ended up losing the Ryder Cup 14.5- 13.5, which finished Monday after being delayed by rain on Sunday. Tournaments like this bore me, that should explain the coverage and the artwork.
