This, ladies and gentlemen, is our boy Ron Artest. Ron Ron was pulled over on Monday while driving an indy car through the City of Angels. He was cited for expired tags, gangster, not speeding or driving a ridiculous go-fast-car like an idiot. The officer walked away saying "Man, that could have gone worse."
